About the Role

Flex Ventilation AB is now looking for ventilation technicians who want to strengthen our team in Stockholm. With us, you will have a varied and developmental job where you work with the installation, assembly, troubleshooting, and repair of ventilation systems in various types of projects.

The work involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues. We are looking for someone who is engaged, solution-oriented, and has the ability to plan and structure their workday in an efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Assembly and installation of ventilation systems
• Troubleshooting and service work
• Repair and maintenance of ventilation installations

You are self-motivated, responsible, and have good teamwork skills. You thrive working both independently and with others and have a structured approach to work. We would appreciate it if you had experience within ventilation or plumbing/HVAC and an interest in developing within the profession.

Qualifications

Advantageous:

• 1–2 years of experience as a ventilation technician or within HVAC/plumbing
• Knowledge of Swedish and/or English
• Knowledge of Albanian is a plus
